Internet publishing: Preferences
Allows you to tweak each of the publishing formats.

  Show me

Top   Output file options
Sets the maximum size of a webpage.

Some browsers only support pages that are smaller than a certain size. When there is too much information to show on one page, a link will be added to the next page and multiple pages will be created.

Top   Formatting options
  Keep font face changes
If this is ticked then when you publish an event containing different fonts, the same fonts will appear in the webpage.

If this is unticked then the font set in the Font option will be used.

Bear in mind that some browsers do not support fonts, and also that the computer that you use to read published pages may not have the relevant fonts installed anyway.

  Keep font size changes
If this is ticked then when you publish an event containing different font sizes, the same sizes will be used in the webpage.

If this is unticked then a 10-point font will be used.

  Keep font style changes
If this is ticked then when you publish an event containing styles such as bold, italic and underline, the same styles will be used in the webpage.

If this is unticked then styles will be ignored.

  Keep font colour changes
If this is ticked then when you publish an event containing different coloured text, the same colours will be used in the webpage.

If this is unticked then colours will be ignored.

Format text to reduce blank lines
If this is ticked then the message part of each event will be condensed to remove blank lines. Paragraphs are preserved, but without lines between.

If this is unticked then messages appear unchanged.

Bear in mind that if you are going to be reading these web pages on a small screen, blank lines increase the amount of scrolling you have to do.

This will be ignored if you have chosen to keep the font face changes.
